What if I have to cancel?
If you need to cancel after confirming a DJ, we recommend reaching out to your DJ directly first. A short conversation can often resolve timing or expectation issues, or help both sides agree on the best next step. If you do still need to cancel after confirming, this should be done directly with the DJ.
Cancellation protection applies if your DJ cancels. In that case, we will step in and curate a replacement where possible. If you choose to cancel yourself, the booking will not be automatically replaced.
Curation work begins as soon as your request is received, and no charges are made until you confirm your DJ and complete payment. If you are unsure about proceeding, you can request a different DJ before confirming at no extra cost.
For bookings made more than 10 days before the event, changes are accepted up to 7 days prior, after which the booking enters its no change period.
For bookings made less than 10 days before the event, changes are accepted up to 2 days prior, after which the booking enters its no change period.
You will receive a confirmation message when your DJ is confirmed and payment is completed. If you need assistance at any point, our support team is ready to help ensure everything is handled smoothly.
