What if I have to cancel?
You can cancel your booking at any time through your booking page. Select "cancel" and confirm your choice. Once confirmed, your booking will close and any eligible refund will be processed automatically.
Since curation work begins as soon as your booking request is received, cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund of the initial 15% service fee. If you’d prefer not to cancel, you can instead request a different DJ at no extra cost. This option keeps your booking active while allowing us to refine the match for you.
For bookings made more than 10 days before the event, cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior, after which the booking enters its no-cancellation period and refunds are no longer available.
For bookings made less than 10 days before the event, cancellations are accepted up to 2 days prior, after which the booking enters its no-cancellation period and refunds are no longer available.
