What if I have to cancel?
If you need to cancel a booking, it’s best to reach out to your client directly first. A short conversation can often resolve the issue or help find an alternative arrangement.
If you still need to cancel, make sure to do so through the platform to ensure everything is handled correctly and to avoid any unnecessary charges.
For that, go to your booking management page and select "cancel" to complete the process.
For bookings made more than 10 days before the event, cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior, after which the booking enters its no-cancellation period.
For bookings made less than 10 days before the event, cancellations are accepted up to 2 days prior, after which the booking enters its no-cancellation period.
