What if I have to cancel?

If you need to cancel a booking, please do so directly through the platform. This ensures the booking is handled correctly and allows us to support both you and the client appropriately.

Once a booking has been confirmed and contact details have been shared, clear communication with the client is encouraged. If an issue comes up earlier, cancelling through the platform allows us to manage the situation and, where possible, curate a replacement.

To cancel, go to your booking management page and select "cancel" to complete the process.

For bookings made more than 10 days before the event, cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior, after which the booking enters its no-cancellation period.
