What happens if my DJ cancels?
If your DJ can no longer make it, our curation team will step in right away to help. We will begin searching for a suitable replacement as soon as possible, keeping your event details and preferences in mind.
If we are unable to secure a replacement in time, you will automatically receive a full refund of your booking fee.
While we carefully curate and connect you with trusted professionals, any changes or cancellations made by individual DJs are outside our direct control.
If your DJ cancels, you do not need to take any action. We will manage the replacement process for you and keep you updated along the way.
