What happens if my client cancels?
If a client cancels, it’s always worth reaching out to them directly first. A quick message can often clear things up or help keep the booking in place.
If the cancellation goes ahead, the 15% platform fee will not be charged. In the unlikely event that a charge appears by mistake, please submit a ticket so it can be reviewed and corrected right away.
