What happens if my client cancels?
If a client can no longer proceed, the booking will be handled through the platform so we can support both sides appropriately. In many cases, this allows us to look for a replacement rather than ending the booking outright.
If the booking does not go ahead, the 15% platform fee will not be charged. In the unlikely event that a charge appears by mistake, please submit a ticket so it can be reviewed and corrected right away.
